1 General Provisions

tkgen ("Platform", "we", "our") is an online betting and casino service provider. These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the tkgen website tkgen.lat and all associated services.

2.1 Accuracy of Registration Information

If any information provided at registration changes, the user must notify the support team immediately. Providing false information may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of the balance.

3 Age Restrictions

tkgen strictly opposes gambling by minors. This platform is for persons aged 21 and above only.

If a parent or guardian suspects a minor is using our platform, they are requested to contact our support team immediately. We will assist with parental control tools and responsible gaming measures.

tkgen may at any time request a valid identity document (National ID, passport, or birth registration certificate) for age verification.

4 Account Security and Usage

It is your responsibility to keep your account login details (username and password) completely confidential. Do not share your login details with any third party.

• Each user may operate only one account.
• Transferring, selling, or granting access to your account to a third party is prohibited.

4.1 Single Account Policy

If a person creates multiple accounts — whether using the same or different information — all associated accounts will be closed and all bonuses will be forfeited. If multiple members of the same household wish to use separate accounts from the same device or network, they must inform support in advance.

5 Deposits, Withdrawals and Payments

All financial transactions on tkgen are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). We currently support the following payment methods:

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳200 (per method).
• You must use a payment account registered in your name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted.

5.2 Withdrawal Terms

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500.
• Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour.
• Withdrawals may only be made via the same payment method used to deposit.
• Withdrawals may be delayed or suspended if identity verification has not been completed.
• Withdrawals may be partially restricted while active bonus wagering is in progress on the account.

5.3 Anti-Money Laundering

tkgen is committed to preventing money laundering and terrorist financing. We monitor suspicious transactions and reserve the right to report to the relevant authorities when necessary.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

tkgen offers various bonuses and promotional offers. Each offer has its own terms and conditions, which are set out in detail on the relevant promotion page.

6.1 Welcome Bonus

For example, if you deposit ৳1,000 you will receive a ৳1,200 bonus. Before withdrawing, the total amount (deposit + bonus) must be wagered 25 times.

6.2 General Bonus Terms

• A bonus may be claimed only once — per person, household, device, or IP address.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly; only eligible funds may be withdrawn after the wagering requirement has been met.
• tkgen reserves the right to modify, cancel, or discontinue any promotion.
• If bonus abuse or manipulation is detected, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.
• Bonus applicability may differ depending on the specific game or category.

6.3 VIP Program

The tkgen VIP program has three tiers. Through regular play you can advance to higher tiers:

• Bronze: Weekly cashback up to 0.4%.
• Silver: Weekly cashback up to 0.8%.
• Gold: Weekly cashback up to 1.2%.

7 Betting and Gaming Rules

All betting and gaming activity on tkgen is governed by specific rules.

7.1 General Betting Terms

• Once confirmed, a bet cannot be changed or cancelled unless a cash-out facility is available for that specific game.
• If any bet is voided due to a technical error or server issue, the stake will be refunded.
• tkgen reserves the right to make the final decision in any dispute regarding the outcome of an event or game.

7.2 Sports Betting (Cricket and Others)

• Bets must be placed within the designated timeframe. In-play betting after an event has started may be available for specific events.
• If an event is cancelled or postponed, the bet stake may be refunded in accordance with the rules.
• Specific rules apply to betting on BPL, T20 World Cup, IPL, and other international tournaments.

7.3 Casino Games

Casino games are operated by third-party software providers. The outcome of each game is determined by a verifiable random number generator (RNG), which ensures fair play.

8 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on tkgen:

• Operating multiple accounts by the same person.
• Bonus abuse or use of any bonus arbitrage strategy.
• Use of gambling software, bots, scripts, or automated tools.
• Colluding with other users to manipulate bets or fix matches.
• Deliberately exploiting any technical error on the platform.

9 Account Suspension and Closure

tkgen reserves the right to immediately suspend or close any account in the following circumstances:

• Providing false or misleading information.
• Suspicious or illegal financial activity.
• Evidence of being a minor.
• A self-exclusion request made by the user.

9.1 Voluntary Account Closure

You may close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Any eligible balance may be withdrawn before closure; however, if an active bonus wagering requirement has not been met, the bonus will be cancelled.

10 Responsible Gaming

• Bets lost due to internet disconnection or technical errors.
• Software errors from third-party game providers.
• Losses resulting from unauthorized access to a user's account caused by the user's own negligence.
